30 DAY RETURNS
Unopened, complete, sealed Contact Lens boxes without writing or markings may be returned for a credit card refund or store credit within 30 days of receipt of your order. Returns must arrive in original, salable condition, packaged in a box and without damage.
Glasses and Frames carry a 30 day guarantee. Frames may be returned for store credit or exchange within 30 days provided that the item is unused in its original condition and packaging. Frame returns must include all materials originally sent (cases, cloths, demo lenses). Store credits do not expire.
To return your items, simply call customer service at 1-833-ITS-KITS or email [email protected] Before returning items, get an RMA number and instructions from customer service.
365 DAY PRESCRIPTION EXCHANGE
When your contact lens prescription changes we would be happy to accept returns for store credit within 365 days from the day you receive your order. Use your store credit towards any future purchase. Store credits do not expire. Returned contact lens boxes must be in original condition, full, sealed, unopened and without writing or markings. To return your items for store credit, please contact customer service for instructions. Glasses and frames can only be returned per the 30 Day Return Policy above.
